Managing an association is challenging. Members and staff are distributed and activities tend to involve only some of the members at each time, which makes face-to-face communication difficult. Information Distribution

With Briteback, messages can be scheduled in advance. This allows for efficient and effective event planning and limits the risk of messages being forgotten or sent at unsuitable times.

It is also possible to request read confirmations for messages. This way the sender can easily see who has read the message (and who has not). A reminder can be sent only to those who has not yet confirmed the message.

Special messaging channels can be set up as read-only (some things are simply not open for discussion). Channels can also be shared between several teams.

Event Invitations

Managing event invitations is usually a hassle. Lots of manual work updating lists with participants or relying on a third-party application not integrated with the communication tools used.

With Briteback an event invitation can easily be sent targeted to the right members. Follow-up communication can easily be targeted at the members who accepts the invitation, avoiding information overload for the members who will not participate in the event.

Member Surveys

Gathering information about the association’s operation is tricky. Knowing what works well and what doesn’t work is important for continual improvement.

Briteback has a built-in survey tool (learn more) that makes it very easy to send quick online surveys to the association members, whether it’s to all members or just a particular team. Examples of surveys include member satisfaction surveys to quick team polls about who needs a ride for tomorrow’s activity.

Answering a survey can be done in a few seconds directly on a smartphone. The sender can get notifications for each answer and also set alerts for certain types of answers (e.g. answers indicating a problem requiring urgent attention). Results can be shared, manually or automatically, and discussed in suitable messaging channels.

Getting members on board Briteback is very easy. After the basic organization structure has been set up (teams/channels/roles) invitations are created and sent in a matter of seconds. Once a member gets the invitation email, it is a simple matter of clicking on a link and selecting a password. Members that have not joined after a few days get automatic reminders.
